Morrison and Mayer to collaborate

James Morrison has revealed that he is planning to team up with John Mayer.

The singer got to know the US blues rocker when he supported him on his outdoor 'Sheds' tour.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Morrison said: "John offered for me to go to his studio to write together. I've been writing a few new things as a result."

But he joked that he would have to pry Mayer away from his Twitter account in order for any work to be done.
